They do very well in almost all situations, and while they can do support their allies (if they use something like a restoration staff for healing ward) they aren’t as good as some other classes out there in terms of healing or supporting as they don’t have a ”class purge” like the templar does. They use powerful shields to gain defensive boosts, and can be both stamina and magicka, thanks to their shields they can be very tough opponents in a 1v1, on top of that abilities such as dark exchange allow them to have a lot of sustain. Sorcerers are absolutely great to play! They are very versatile and have some great movability! Group PvP Support 10+ Players ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Magicka templar for Support) However they do make some of the best support classes out there, especially in group pvp! They aren’t the best for 1 v1 dueling, can definitely hold their ground and kick ass, there are just some classes out there that do it better. It is also one of the few classes that has its own ”purify” an ability such as extended ritual can remove up to 5 harmful effects (think Bleed damage, Damage over Time, health debufs etc) The templar is one of my favourite classes, it has some great damage attacks, such as biting jabs and in general I really like the play style. Keep in mind: In ESO you can play and do whatever you want, however if you want to be the best of the best/most competitive, then it is worth running a certain class/setup for a certain situation.ġ ⭐ means: Really don’t recommend using the class for this, it will be performing extremely badĢ ⭐⭐: Not a good choice, while it will not extremely terrible its not recommended.ģ ⭐⭐⭐ It Does okey, but there are better options out thereĤ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid choice, only some classes might be slightly better/have an edge over itĥ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Competiting on the top level/perfect for these PvP situations We are using a system with starts, 1 ⭐ is the minimum and 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is the max.
